Mark L. Hagood, M.D.
Board Certified in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, Dr. Hagood is a native of Huntsville and graduate of The University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed his internship and ENT surgical training at
Duke University Medical Center in 1994. He has over 30 years of experience and service to the community in private practice in the city of Huntsville. Dr. Hagood operates and provides care in the office clinic setting as well as Huntsville Hospital, Crestwood Medical Center, Madison Surgery Center, and Surgery Center of Huntsville with full active privileges at all these locations. He is past Chief of Staff, Chief of the Department of Surgery and has held leadership roles with various committees. He is a volunteer associate professor at the University of Alabama School of Medicine.
Doctor Hagood and his team have pioneered many firsts for North Alabama, including computer navigated sinus surgery, Transoral Robotic Surgery with the Davinci Robot, Laser Laryngeal surgery, and Implantable Bone Anchored Hearing devices over the span of the last several decades to name a few. Specialized da Vinci robotic surgical training was completed at MD Anderson and University of Pennsylvania. ​​

Founder of Earfinity LLC, an Audiologist and MD managed and directed hearing aid service, Dr. Hagood is pleased to have recruited one of the regions best Audiologist. Earfinity specializes in comprehensive ear surgical and nonsurgical treatments.

Emily Knowd, Au.D.
Dr. Emily Knowd is Board Certified Audiologist and leads the Earfinity team, a division of ENT Specialists of Huntsville. Dr. Knowd is a licensed audiologist and a graduate of Auburn University. She provides comprehensive hearing care, including diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid services, and bone-anchored hearing solutions. She is committed to delivering personalized, patient-centered care and helping individuals improve their quality of life through better hearing.
