Please give us a call at 256-693-6863 to speak with a team member or leave a message requesting an appointment.  You can also TEXT our number and leave your preference for an appointment.  Please provide the 1) name of the person to be seen, 2) date of birth, 3) new patient or already established 4) General reason for the visit and 5) preference of day and morning or afternoon.  You will receive a call back or text with a proposed visit to confirm or request a change.    

 

We  currently schedule clinic visits on Monday,  Tuesday, and Thursday weekly and a Saturday about once a month with Wednesday and Friday's  being our  main surgery days.
